Book the call. It is free, and it stays free.
Thirty minutes on a video call is enough for both of us to work out whether this fits. We would rather spend it than send you a brochure.
Discovery call
Thirty minutes, no fee, no obligation, and no follow-up sequence afterwards. Pick a time that suits you.
Prefer email? Write to contact@millracefinance.com. We answer within one business day, and a real person writes the reply.
Useful to have to hand
None of this is required. It just makes thirty minutes go further.
- Which day your books currently closeThe real day, including the month it slipped. We are not going to be shocked, and the honest number is the one worth talking about.
- How many legal entities you consolidateAnd whether the consolidation lives in the system or in a spreadsheet that one person understands.
- What system you are onQuickBooks, Sage Intacct, NetSuite, Xero or something older, and whether a migration is already being discussed.
- Who does the work todayHeadcount, seniority, and which of them you are worried about losing.
- Who is waiting on the numbersA lender with a covenant, a board, an investor, a buyer, or an auditor with a deadline. It changes what we would do first.
Before you book
What happens on the discovery call?
Thirty minutes. We ask what closes late and why, how many entities you consolidate, what system you are on and who currently does the work. You get a straight answer about whether we fit, including no. There is no fee for the call and there never will be.
What do you need in order to quote?
Read-only access, or a recent trial balance and a look at the close as it currently runs. We will not put a fixed fee on a description of your books, because a fee quoted blind is a guess and a guess that is wrong in our favour is how firms like this become expensive.
How quickly can you start?
Usually within two to four weeks of signing. If we cannot start you properly inside four weeks we will tell you that rather than put you in a queue and hope.
